Is the consultation really free?

Yes. The first call and the initial consultation at your home cost nothing and commit you to nothing. A design fee only comes later, in a written agreement, if you decide to go ahead with a design.

Do I need a plan or a budget first?

No. Most people start with a few photos and a sense of how they want to use the yard. A comfortable range helps, and "I'd like guidance" is a perfectly good answer.

What if my project is under $50,000?

We'll tell you honestly. Many clients start with a master plan for the whole yard and build the first phase now. If a smaller company would serve you better, we'll say so.
